You can make a booking directly through our online booking form on the website. Simply fill in your details, choose your preferred vehicle, and select your dates. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% fee. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. Please contact our team as early as possible if plans change.

Basic insurance is included in all rental prices. We also offer premium comprehensive coverage for an additional fee of Rp 75,000/day, which covers full collision damage and theft protection.

Vehicle pickup is available at our main office in Yogyakarta, or we can deliver directly to your hotel or airport. Door-to-door delivery is available within a 25km radius for a small fee.

Our driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name sign. Please share your flight details when booking. We monitor flight status, so if your flight is delayed, we'll be there when you land.

Most of our vehicles come equipped with built-in GPS navigation. For cars without built-in GPS, we provide a portable GPS device free of charge. You can also use your smartphone mounted on the provided phone holder.
